I was in town for a family visit and stayed in a Twin Room for three nights. The location was quite convenient, with several attractions like Plaza Zaragoza and the Mercado Municipal just a short taxi ride away. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which made our stay comfortable, but the general atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, especially regarding staff interactions.

Spacious rooms that provided ample comfort.
Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The reception staff were unhelpful and came off as defensive, which significantly impacted my stay. Additionally, there was a general lack of maintenance observed in several areas of the hotel.

the exterior was absolutelyley charming, if you enjoy aged and worn appearances. also, the pool area was delightful, but too bad no one cared to show me the amenities! I expected a complimentary welcome upgrade for this inconvenience, but here we are! i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
